Acceptance

By creating an account or using HR Ghana, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, your organisation.

The service

HR Ghana provides people management, payroll, leave, attendance, expenses, loans, and statutory-compliance tooling for Ghanaian businesses. Features available to you depend on the plan your organisation subscribes to and the permissions your organisation grants you.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account. Organisation administrators are responsible for who they grant access to and what permissions they assign.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use HR Ghana to store or process data you are not authorised to hold, to attempt to bypass its security controls, or to use it in a way that disrupts the service for other customers.

Subscription and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly per the pricing published on this site at the time of subscription. The 30-day free trial requires no payment method and can be cancelled at any time before it ends without charge.

Termination

Either party may terminate a subscription per the terms agreed at sign-up. We may suspend access for a breach of these terms or to protect the security of the service.

Liability

HR Ghana is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
